Double chamber pneumatic press for sticking the soles Pasanqui mod. S501 DC1

DOUBLE CHAMBER PNEUMATIC PRESS FOR STICKING THE SOLES OF TRAINERS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF FOOTWEAR MADE OF PLASTIC OR RUBBER AND WITH OR BOX SOLE UNIT.

This machine is pneumatic and is controlled electronically using the personalized CAD-CAM system. The sticking operation is performed by placing the shoe upside down in the space provided on the table, with the sole facing upwards.

The machine can be operated AUTMATICALLY or MANUALLY.

On A UTOMATIC, after the operator has placed the shoe in the right position and has removed his hands clear of the work area, the pad is lowered, thus sealing off the press area completely. Pressurized air then fills the two chambers, in sequence and following the set prograrnme. The programme can be modified according to the type of sole used.

On MANU AL, the shoe is placed in the corree! position and, after the operator has removed his hands clear of the work area the start button is pressed and the machine then work in the same way as when on automatic.

The machine has an easy-to-use device which gauges the height of the shoe.

lt also offers an efficient safety system made up of a photoelectric barrier, stop button and an internal safety device for opening the doors, ali with the airn of avoiding any potential accident which may occur during the machine 's corree! handling.

The machine has a front opening to facilitate the access td the lower area of the boot leg insertion in order to be able to grab the leg and pull it and to insert it completely, avoiding the last to tread the materiai with the suppor!.
